Het is een ruim huisje met alle benodigde voorzieningen.
Het en der wat gebreken, (niet 100% schoon onder bedden, ramen, doucheputje, deurmat, pannen, deurtje vriezer kapot, vlotter van toilet werkte niet altijd, schuurdeur sloot niet). De ligging van het huisje is niet erg idyllisch maar wel ideaal tov dorpje(s), strand etc.
