schoon, netjes alles was aanwezig. de accommodatie is nog mooier als op de foto’s. De host heeft ons uiterst vriendelijk en gastvrij verwelkomd en was altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. De mensen in het dorp waren zeer vriendelijk. we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad!

The property was really well equipped, it had everything. It was also very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was also excellent. Nice little extra features like games for the kids and some fruit and wine were there on arrival.
The location was quite remote, so a car was a must. Most tourist things were about a 30 min drive away which was ok but for us it would have been nice to have been a little closer to places due to age of our kids.

Everything was perfect. The owner responded to all my messages pre booking and after booking (pre arrival) promptly and in detail. Very good communication in English :) The property itself has all you can possibly need! It is really exceptionally well equipped. It was even stocked with toilet rolls for the whole stay (10 nights). Besides that, there was plenty of dishwasher tablets, all washing powder/liquid, tea, coffee, sugar, all kitchen dishes and tools, ironing board and iron, two hair dryers, plenty of towels. We were welcomed with bottles of wine, bears, juices, croissants, milk, ice cream, ice cubes, water. The owners went over and beyond to even provide us with ice cream cakes for two of the children who had birthdays during our stay-so mindful and kind of her! :))) Thank you once again for that! x The house is very specious, the photos gives you an impression that it’s smaller but the living room, the outside area is actually bigger than it looks on photos! It’s brand new, very clean and modern. It’s secluded, you feel like there’s no one around as you cannot see neighbors and they can’t see you (although we met them and they are very welcoming and friendly!). The air conditioning in each of the rooms makes the holidays in the hot country a lot easier to survive :) There’s also tv in each of the rooms… Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. Stone BBQ is available and beautiful dining spot in olive garden. Kids enjoyed swinging on the swing, playing table tennis and darts and jumping on a small trampoline. We visited Pine Beach in Pakostane (sandy, with sun loungers although there’s none available around noon so you better get there early…), Crvena Luka in Biograd na Moru with clear waters and sandy/stony shore. Both highly recommended as not crowded. You have to pay either for the entrance or for the parking but if you don’t like crowds, it’s worth it.
It wasn’t an issue for us but you need a car to shop for food (the nearest supermarket is 10-15 min drive away) although there’s a smaller, local market 5-7 min drive away and bakery and fruits/vegetables/honey/olive stalls available locally. A van with basic food products comes to the village regularly so there’s an option :) You need about 20–30 min to get to a beach, but the advantages of the beautiful house and swimming pool pays back for it all! If you need a break form hassle of a busy life - this place gives you a proper rest from it as it’s surrounded by pure nature…
