Apesar da localização ser um pouco difícil de encontrar, o local transmite uma tranquilidade e casa é bem aconchegante.
A anfitriã falou sobre o chuveiro elétrico está com defeito mas fez bastante falta devido o frio, principalmente quando chove. Foi informado sobre ter churrasqueira mas as condições da churrasqueira é meio precária.
