Le marronnier 3: Superbe appart au coeur de la petite venise

Great location in the old town, very comfortable bed and bedding, newly renovated. Aircon was excellent (in living area and main bedroom) and a blessing in the heatwave.

Poor communication with host. We messaged about the shower being blocked and flooding the bathroom on arrival, but the issue wasn’t addressed. Host followed up late in the evening the following day, before we were due to depart the following morning. Apartment would benefit from a kettle and replacing the blown light globes in the entry and kitchen.

La posizione e la facilità del check-in.

Sarebbe perfetta se avesse il condizionatore anche in entrambe le camere da letto, le luci sull'isola dove si mangia (ci sono, ma non hanno corrente e lampadine all'interno), almeno una corda come corrimano lungo le scale. Questione di gusti personali, ma l'avrei trovata molto più accogliente con luci calde al posto di quelle fredde, che non le rendono giustizia come merita.

Perfecte ligging

Het appartement was netjes, maar er waren toch een aantal aandachtspuntjes. Er lag veel stof, en ook de douche kon properder (zowel doucheplateau als zeephouder). Maar het was nu ook zeker niet dat het echt vuil vuil was. Een simple flesje water in de koelkast is ook een kleine moeite die zeker geapprecieerd zou worden. Er was nergens een soort van handleiding met bvb. de code van de wifi. Wel nagenoeg onmiddellijk doorgekregen via bericht bij navraag.

Très bel appartement très bien situé et idéalement équipé, literie confortable et espace agréable ! Nous avons passer un séjour très agréable sans nuisance sonore et à 150m du centre historique. La propriétaire a été à l’écoute et au petit soin pour que nous puissions apprécié notre séjour jusqu’à la dernière minutes.

Rien à reprocher tout été parfait 👍🏼
