The property was just as described. There wasn’t enough water for a waterfall but there were some small pools of water in the creek that my boys liked. The woods were beautiful and we enjoyed exploring them. The house itself was very well stocked and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The s’mores set up was an extra bonus. We made a fire and cooked those the first night! Location was perfect! Not too far from Hot Springs but far enough to get the solitude feel. Wendi was a great hostess! She answered all my questions in a timely manner and was very helpful.
The only thing I didn’t like was that we didn’t get to see any deer in the backyard but we did see some in other places.

The host responds quickly to messages and problems. The house was comfortable if you want to be extremely secluded. We did have issues with the AC but the host responded quickly and sent over a tech.
Steep driveway. No waterfall but it was dry and at no fault to the host. Hair in the ice trays. The house and fridge had an odd smell but luckily I brought air freshener. It is an older home so maybe the smell just comes with age. The king size bed needs an upgrade. The mattress was hard and noisy. Need a lamp in the bunk bed room. Kids tend to be a little timid in complete darkness in an unfamiliar place.

We liked that it was out in the country
It was very dated, only 1 TV in the whole home, the mini waterfall was actually a micro mini, very deceptive description of a waterfall. It was not included in the description that you need to be very agile to go up and down lots of steps to get to the driveway, the trashcan, the firepit, there were a few trips and falls by myself and grandson. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that has mobility issues. Even people who are agile would have issues and the driveway is very hard to get in and out of from the road.
