Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.
The WiFi was very slow. I tried to get some work on my computer done and was not able to.

good location, it was safe and easy to reach.
We had to spend the first night in a very dusty rooms until the next day we call them to clean the place.

Good location, nice place with ample space for 4 people. Pretty well equipped place and nice decor.
The registration process post booking and then check in process could have been a lot smoother. Check in instructions were never sent to us even after completing all of the registration requirements. We arrived at the airport and started making our way to the apartment even without having the door code. We had to follow up with a message to the host for the check in instructions and didn't receive them until about 45 minutes before we got to the place.

The apartment was excellent and had all the facilities
The autonomous check in didn’t work and inability to contact the reception to rectify it - meant for the first night I had to wait for other guests to let me in when they were around. Not good enough that there isn’t someone on call
