El museo

Pasamos tres días por la zona de Ávila y la ubicación es inmejorable. A un minuto caminando hasta la Muralla. Una zona tranquila :) El colchón es comodísimo y el apartamento muy limpio. El resto de instalaciones genial!!

The host was incredibly pleasant and helpful. She was very accommodating and provided clear instructions on check-in, check-out, check out and everything in between. Moreover, the apartment was spacious and clean overall and had all the amenities needed for our stay.

The bed wasn't particularly comfortable, and there was a lot of noise coming from outside our window until late, which interfered with our sleep. Finally, given the price we paid, we were expecting something more in terms of amenities and comfort. That said, from our research, it seemed like the best option in the area.

Beautiful apartment, fantastic location, well appointed, friendly host who responds promptly to any inquiry.

Slight hassle with the hot water system, but no big deal once it was explained how to restart the system.

La ubicación muy cerca de la entrada a la muralla

La falta de atención por parte del anfitrión, le he contactado desde un inicio para saber proceso del check in. Cero paquete de bienvenida, o instrucciones del wifi. Problemas con el desagüe de la ducha, afectando a una vecina que nos vino a amenazar con llamar a la policia por qué a ella le inundaba su baño. Mal! El problema fue a peor el último día, no nos pudimos bañar por el problema mencionado, aparte de no haber agua caliente. La persona responsable nos informó que se hará una reparación mayor. Sinceramente espero que así sea. No venimos de vacaciones a pasar malos ratos y menos a recibir amenazas.
