Ground floor so easy access

We we re expecting a bed and a sofa bed rather than a triple room it was fine but bit smaller and less private for sharing than expected

The location is the strongest point of this property. It is situated in a peaceful and authentic Greek countryside setting, just a short walk from a beautiful beach. The area is extremely quiet and relaxing, surrounded by olive trees, chickens, and plenty of friendly cats, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy nature. There are several mini markets within walking distance (approximately 200 m, 500 m, and 1.5 km away), making it convenient for daily necessities. For larger shopping trips, a Lidl supermarket is about 16 km away and offers a much wider selection at very reasonable prices. The Wi-Fi connection was generally stable throughout my stay. Download speeds averaged around 6 Mbps, which was sufficient for emails, messaging, and light browsing. It may struggle with video conferencing or Teams calls, but for normal holiday use it was adequate. Mobile data roaming in the area performed slightly better and can be a useful backup for business travelers. I had the opportunity to see both a studio and a two-bedroom apartment. While the furnishings are somewhat dated, the beds were comfortable and the rooms offered a reasonable amount of space. One upper-floor studio in particular was noticeably better, with lower humidity levels and wardrobes that were perfectly usable. Overall, when staying in one of the better-maintained rooms, the property offers good value in a wonderful and relaxing location.

The main issue is that the quality of the stay depends heavily on the specific room assigned. Some units are acceptable and comfortable, while others suffer from significant humidity problems. The ground-floor apartment I inspected was extremely humid, and the wardrobes were heavily affected by mold. Although the mold was not always immediately visible, the smell was very strong and unpleasant. I did not feel comfortable storing my clothes inside, as I was concerned about bringing mold spores home with me. In my opinion, the affected wardrobes should be replaced and additional measures should be taken to improve ventilation and humidity control. The kitchens are also rather poorly equipped. Basic items such as breakfast bowls were missing, and cooking equipment was limited. For example, there was only one pan available, and it was oversized for most everyday cooking needs. The property has enormous potential thanks to its location, peaceful surroundings, and proximity to the beach. However, greater attention to maintenance, humidity management, and kitchen equipment would significantly improve the guest experience. I would definitely return, but only if I could stay in few specific rooms. With a bit more care and investment, this place could easily become one of the best accommodation options in the area.
