This is minor but a bugbear.... 4 dishwasher tablets.... why? 2 toilet rolls... why? Just supply what is needed. Old BBQ outside and outside was not cleaned.

Nice place to stay, plenty of space , everything you need in the kitchen, we enjoy our time

Poor
All the kitchen equipment was dirty, had to rewash everything before using. The sheets were stained and the mattress protector that were just left on top of the wardrobe had big urine stains on them. The floors weren’t clean. Also not enough toiletries or toilet rolls let for the duration of our stay. As a property let manager myself I was very disappointed.

Great location, shops in the complex for small purchases and other stores 10 minutes away driving
Fire safety not in place and overdue since last year, Fire smoke alarms to be replaced since 2018 Furniture falling apart Furniture damaged Cleaning not high standard as we found pieces of clothing from previous guests in the draw 10 light bulbs not working Not luxury standard as per name Spa access is shared withe people that live locally and might be full so you might not be able to use it Lack of communication between spa centre and Queenwood (company managing the booking) Radiators full of rust
