Tolle Wohnung für bis zu 4 Personen. Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) haben das Apartment gemietet, um Freunde und Bekannte in Melle und Umgebung zu besuchen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, Supermärkte/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Restaurants sind in der Nähe und fußläufig erreichbar. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist ideal, weil wir so schnell und unkompliziert nach Osnabrück fahren konnten. Auf dem zum Gebäude gehörenden Parkplatz gibt es einen reservierten Stellplatz für Mieter des Apartments.

Prima Lage in der Stadt, alles gut erreichbar, Parkplatz okay, Das Appartement war sehr sauber.
Der Zugang war eine Katastrophe. Viele Nachrichten im Vorfeld des Besuchs, die allerdings mehr Fragen als Antworten produzierten. Eine Beschreibung des kompletten Pakets Keycode - Türöffnung per Handy - mit Verzögerung wäre sehr wünschenswert gewesen. Fragen an den Vermieter waren nicht möglich: Eine angegebene Telefonnummer war falsch, an einen anderen Anschluss ging nur der AB, die Bitte um Rückruf wurde nicht erhört. Ein Infoheft für die Mieter war nicht vorhanden.
