Our holiday was impacted by an accident (my wife tripped, which resulted in a hairline fracture of her foot) - which was nothing to do with the accommodation. The house owner was absolutely fantastic in helping us organise required treatment - including driving us to a local clinic three times. As my wife was then on crutches, she also did grocery shopping for us on 3 occasions.

It is not what is expected of accommodation, but the villa was not very convenient for someone on crutches for the first time (my wife is also 67 years old). She fell for a second time in the villa and then we decided to head home one week early.
