About this vacation rental

74 km north of Savonlinna. Kermajärvi 50 m (length 30 km, width 3 km), deep, hard, sand/moraine/clay bottom, pier and rowing boat.
Log cottage 2008, in downstairs kitchen (access to terrace), living room (fireplace), bedroom double bed, bedroom bunk, separate WC. Sauna (electric stove), washroom 2 showers, utility area, washing machine with drying function and access to terrace. Air source heat pump.
Loft (low ceiling) convertible sofa/double bed, 2 chairs and other TV, stairs to loft are steep.
Lakeshore sauna using only in summer (1.5.-30.9.). Lakeshore sauna has wood-fired stove, hot water tank on stove, cold water from lake by pump, dressing room, terrace and electric light. Steep slope to the lakeshore sauna and beach, steps on the way.
