Located in a calm and sunny area with breathtaking view over the Saanenland. 5 minutes walk to the centre of the village, the train station of Schönried and the ski area Horneggli. Ideal starting point for hiking, biking and skiing. Balcony for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent mountain area. 1 parking space in the garage and 1 opened parking space. In winter 4x4 or snow chains recommended (steep access). Spacious, bright apartment equipped with canvas, sculptures and more collected works from the artist Scapa. Very well equipped living room with chimney, sofa, little table, TV with DVD player, radio/CD player, WiFi and dining area with dining table for 6 persons. Separate kitchen (among other things furnished with coffee machine, fondue-raclette set and many more kichen utensils) with bar-table for 3 persons. 1 bedroom with kingsize-bed (2x90x200cm) and TV. 1 bedroom with kingsize-bed (2x90x200cm). 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet. 1 separate toilet. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment. INCLUSIVE: electricity, heating, hot water, washing machine, tumbler dryer, wood for the 1st firing, parking space, garage, WiFi, bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels (initial supply), final cleaning and visitor's tax. EXCLUSIVE: Firewood, CHF 20.00 per pet and stay.
