Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4), box-room. Beautiful view of the sea and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR, DE. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
