On the middle floor there is a spacious living room/kitchen, a master bedroom with 2 beds, a washroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet and a balcony. On the top floor there is a loft with a lobby with 3 beds and a curtained sleeping alcove with 2 beds. The apartment has 2 drying cabinets for clothes, 2 air heat pumps, wi-fi (150 Mbit). Downstairs garage is not included in the rent and not in use for the customers.
