Only 5 minutes walking distance to the village centre of Zweisimmen. Furnished terrace with lawn in front. 1 uncovered parking space and a storage room for sports equipment are available. The laundry for common use with washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement is only available on request and against extra payment. Zweisimmen is a perfect starting point for summer and winter holidays. Living / dining room with dining table, sofa which converts into a conventional bed (140x190cm, for max. 1 adult or 2 children), 2 armchairs, TV (Swisscom) and open-plan kitchen (equipped among other things with oven, refrigerator with freezing compartment, coffee machine with capsules (Dolce Gusto), toaster, electric kettle as well as a raclette- and fondue set). 1 bedroom with 2 pushed toghether single beds (2x90x200cm). 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet. WiFi. INCLUSIVE: Electricity, heating, water, 1 uncovered parking space (named "Glauser"), WiFi, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen (initial supply), final cleaning and visitor's tax. EXCLUSIVE: Washing machine and tumble dryer only on request. Capsules for the coffee machine (Dolce Gusto). ***Pets not allowed*** ***There is a deposit fee of CHF/EUR 200.00 to pay directly in cash to the keyholder at the arrival***.
