The building is in a quiet location, with a bus stop in the immediate vicinity, not far from the valley station of the Engelberg-Trübsee-Titlis mountain railway. The open-plan studio flat combines a living room/bedroom with a large sofa, a TV, free WiFi, two box-spring beds and an open-plan kitchen. The open-plan kitchen, newly renovated in 2024, has a dishwasher, a capsule coffee machine, an oven, a dining table and an additional fold-out single bed. Small bathroom with shower. The south-facing balcony is equipped with garden furniture. On the same floor there is a small room outside the flat for ski boots and helmets. There is also a large games room with table football and table tennis in the basement of the apartment house. The family-friendly building is situated on a large green area with a playground. Ski room in the house. Free car park right next to the house. Free ski bus stop in front of the house. NON-SMOKING FLAT. Pets allowed. ATTENTION: Building works: Due to balcony refurbishment works, there may be some noise disturbance on occasional days during the summer of 2026 (approximately 11 May to 30 June).
