About this apartment rental

Poronpurema a

170 km north of Rovaniemi, in the Levi tourist center, located in the West Slope area. Wooden semi-detached house, built in 2005. The living room includes a sofa set and a kitchenette. The bedroom has a double bed (with sliding door). In the loft, there are 2 seating areas and a double bed, a nook with a bed (120 cm wide), and an additional bed (80 cm wide). There is a sauna, bathroom, separate toilet, and a small covered porch. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, espresso machine (bring your own capsules), and toaster. The 43-inch Smart TV allows access to Netflix, Prime Video, Google Play, etc. The kitchen and living room furniture will be updated in 2025, and the washing machine will be replaced in 2024. A reliable and high-speed internet connection is provided via fiber optic cable with WiFi. The TV operates through a Maxivision device. The internet is sufficient for demanding users. Guests have access to a heated sports equipment storage/ski maintenance room and a laundry room. The ski maintenance room includes a waxing bench and iron, while the laundry room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Access to these facilities is from outside. A high chair, crib, and potty are available upon request. Please note: This property is rented only to families, couples, and others seeking a peaceful holiday. It is not rented to groups consisting of individuals under 25 years old.
