You can ski almost from the aparment yard and even get to the ski slopes without a car, the ski bus stop is about 30 m away. The nearest lift is Talvijärvi, the nearest restaurant is Rukatonttu, Ruka village is about 3 km away. Apartment area 58 m², of which 10 m² is in the loft (so-called full-height space).
