Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Large balcony 20 m2, terrace 15 m2 partly roofed, garden 500 m2, lawn 200 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the resort and the forest. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at 10 m. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Another small kitchenette (2 hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) on the ground floor.
