9-room house 380 m2 on 2 levels. Partly with sloping ceilings, comfortable and cosy furnishings: large entrance hall 25 m2. Open lounge 50 m2 with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace. Open playroom 25 m2 with bar. 1 large room 40 m2 with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open kitchen 35 m2 (8 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine, steamer). 2 sep. WC's. Upper floor: open gallery 40 m2, with sloping ceilings with library, flat screen and radio. 2 rooms 18 m2, with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. 1 room 18 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and bath/bidet/WC. 1 room 18 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/bidet/WC and TV. Beautiful view of the garden and the countryside. Facilities: safe, mosquito net, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi). Parking at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. A separate entrance to the ground-floor bedroom, adapted for disabled guests, is provided. TVs with Polish and German channels are available in each room. NOTE: The two available extra beds are intended for children or teenagers, these beds are not adapted for adults.
