Ideal starting point for skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking and biking. Only 1 minute on foot separates the skier and hiker from the entrance to the winter sports arena Adelboden/Lenk (Metsch Stand-Xpress). The 3 1/2 room duplex apartment is equipped with lots of wood and offers a cosy atmosphere. Equipped with Swedish stove, living/dining room, wooden dining table for 4 persons, sofa and two armchairs, as well as TV. A double bedroom and a bathroom with shower/WC are in the lower part of the apartment, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath/shower/WC in the attic. The kitchen has a dishwasher. A coffee machine (Nespresso), a raclette and fondue set is available. The balcony with a view of Wildstrubel and the magnificent mountain panorama invites you to spend relaxing moments. Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card. Incl. electricity, heating, garage, parking, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen, final cleaning. There is no Wifi available. Excl. firewood. Firewood can be bought at the Coop or Landi.
