40 m2. More information by the provider: This newly renovated 2 1/2 room apartment with floor heating is the lower apartment in a 4 family chalet and has direct access to the patio. It is designed for 2-4 people (1 double bed and a comfortable sofa bed). It has a clear, unobstructed view to the Alps. The apartment is located in a quiet area at the end of a dead end street. 5 minutes' walk to the valley station of the Betelbergbahn and to the bus stop that is heading to the valley station of the Metschbahn. The bus lines at Lenk can be used free of charge with the guest card (Simmentalcard). The Lenker Seeli and the large children's playground can be reached in a few minutes by foot. The village center can be reached by foot in about 10 minutes. A car parking space is available.
1 living room / dinette with direct way out to the terrace, 1 double bedroom, new kitchen with electric cooking stove and fridge, shower/WC, TV/radio, unatteded WLAN is available, car parking. Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card.
Bathroom towels and kitchen are included, bedlinen, final cleaning.
