140 m2. More information by the provider: The 5 rooms apartment in an one family house is situated at 1600 meters above sea level. The Chalet Möösli is located above the village Lenk. Quiet and sunny location with a panoramic view onto the mountains and the valley. 1km away from the ski area. Very optimal starting point for hiking. The bus stop is 200 m away from the house.
The house was renovated in 2008. The apartment has a beautiful kitchen, a living room with a fire place, 4 bedrooms (each with 2 singlebeds). In one bedroom is a pullout couch for another two people. The apartment include two bathrooms with shower/WC. It is composed like this : on the ground floor are two bedrooms and one bathroom; the kitchen is on the first floor with a big dining table, the living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom. From the first floor you can get to the balcony and the terrace. New the Chalet Möösli include a sauna for 3-4 people. Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card.
The rent inclued: bed sheed, bathroom towels, kitchen towels and final cleaning, electricity, heating, 3 parking places outside, wood for the fireplace, filter coffee machine. For using the grill, please buy the carbon on your own.
