Excellent property, very well furnished, spotlessly clean, great location.
The hidden extra cost for damage insurance was very annoying and unreasonable. If you want to make this extra charge, just include it in the quoted fee. Don't hide it in the small print. The hassle involved with proving my identity was also quite irritating.

Could not find any private parking. Very little info provided. Beds were very uncomfortable and difficult for my mum to sleep in. Duvet and pillow felt very cheap and uncomfortable Also nearly had a bad fall on the bottom stair due to poor lighting
