I loved the cleanliness of the rooms,maintenance & response of the staff

Main thing was Hot water service was poor

The room is quite good

Not able to contact the hotel directly. The map shared in the app was wrong.we where trying to get it through app but poor response

I stayed here for the weekend and the staff was very helpful the hotel is super clean and comfortable. Muthukumar was very helpful and supportive for me as I was a solo traveller and didn't know local language They also allowed me to have breakfast beyond their usual timings. The room space is very comfortable and clean. I loved my stay here and if I come again, I would book this place only. Its very safe too for solo women traveller

I would place preferred if they were a little more flexible with early check-in and late checkout but rules are rules, so I don't blame them.

Convenient location friendly staff..

Not cleaned well, We booked two rooms one room doesn’t have the kettle tv remote. Water heater takes 20-30 mints for each shower use. Price is extremely high for this room. Room is worth only 2k but they charged close to 5k per night, which is high compared to surrounding areas..
