Everything. The building itself is amazing as well as the rooms. Location is perfect because you are right in front of the beach walk but also to the Main Street and to the museum. However, despite the the place is quiet during the night and early morning. They offer a partnership for breakfast with 2 places and one of them has the vie on the sea with AMAZING options. The host is lovely and has always been ready to help and provide suggestions for places to visit and restaurant

Very good location, charming old building with stylish room. Comfortable, quiet, and well appointed. Host was very easy to communicate with and made check-in effortless .We had some luggage shipped on ahead and it was there waiting in our room when we arrived at the end of our Calabria bike tour.

Vicinity to the lungomare and gelato store next door
Was not told that the breakfast would be in the form of a voucher for cafes next door. Tv did not work properly and shower door broken.
