We do require a 14-night minimum stay and include all of the luxuries you would expect in a comfortable living space, in this approximately 850 sq. feet rental that features a king-size bed in one bedroom, a full-size bed in the second bedroom, and one full-size bathroom. Towels and washcloths are included for four guests.
This rental includes a complete kitchen with all of the necessities, from pots and pans down to silverware, and a full-size electric stove & refrigerator. We have supplied everything down to the hangers to hang your clothes on inside of the full-sized closet with dressers in the bedroom. There is a TV in the living room and each bedroom, with a DVD player at each TV to watch your favorite Red Box movies on. We have included FREE Wi-Fi for your convenience, offering professionals the ability to remote work from the comfort of their rental.
The rental has electric baseboard heat and portable air conditioners allowing you the ability to maintain your desired temperature year-round. This unit features an electronic deadbolt with code that will be provided upon check in, as well as an exterior security door on the premises.
There is a coin-operated laundry room on the main level of this 5-unit building, occupied by traveling professionals. The property is within walking distance to Princeton Community Hospital (0.5 miles) and Mercer County Courthouse (0.2 miles), as well as all the amenities of the Historic District of Princeton with restaurants, shopping, banking and more! Be within walking distance to all downtown events like Autumn fest & The New Year’s Ball Drop! Parking is available in the parking lot behind the building or you may use the convenient on-street parking directly in front of the building.
Pets are allowed with a per-pet fee that is nonrefundable (we do extensive deep-cleaning to each unit after a pet has visited). Early check-in and check-out may be available for an additional fee.
Side Note: You will have to go up steps to get to this two-bedroom apartment style nightly rental, which is not handicap accessible.
