You are renting one of four unique private apartments. Each themed differently with relevance to the Roanoke area & its' history. Updated from top to bottom, you will have the modern comforts of wi-fi, smart TV, new appliances & keyless access all with the historic charm this 1930s home effortlessly boasts.
Guest Access:
This property is 100% self check in at all hours of the day. We use smart digital locks with a secure lock code that is sent to you before your check in day. No need to meet the hosts or exchange keys.

My sister and I met halfway for a fun four days in Roanoke. The accommodations were perfect. The house is lovely, has great amenities, and the location is 10 - 15 minutes from everything. We had dinner at Alexanders & lucky and highly recommend both. Bloom which is around the corner was totally booked. Maybe next time? Home is well appointed, clean, peaceful. Walk outside & walk or bike. We would highly recommend the house. It is perfectly lovely, by the Greenway and easy access to all the sight seeing you want to do. Easy to communicate with the owner.

We are repeat guests! The Winona house is beautifully restored with many thoughtful details and in an amazing location right by the river Greenway and Bloom. The host is very responsive whenever an issue arises.
