2 blocks from the beach. Walking distance to several restaurants. A 5 min. drive to Pleasure pier. Home is very clean and was perfect for the 5 of us. It does sleep 10 with large common areas and kitchen for gathering. We are going back.

We were disappointed when we first pulled in to the house and found the lawn not mowed & trimmed. The house was very comfortable for the six of us. We were also disappointed by the following : No extra paper towels, no extra trash can liners, limited toilet paper and not even bars of soap. The back patio hadn’t been cleaned and we wouldn’t hav been comfortable enjoying it.
We hav been in three VRBO’s and hav never had these minimal maintenance / supply issues. We suggest you address these issues. You may be able to increase the price of the property.
