About this house rental
The outside deck area has two levels - one under the shade and the upper deck is connected to the living space and has a walkway out over the boathouse. Two separate seating areas - a place for everyone to enjoy the canal and bayside breezes. Guests may enjoy fishing from the ground-level dock - just drop your line and catch a flounder (seasonal).
Inside the home is an open concept living/dining/kitchen area where all of the guests can participate in cooking, dining, movie watching, game playing or just hanging out with the family. The kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you will need to prepare the catch of the day. There is sufficient seating at the kitchen peninsula and the kitchen table for guests to dine together. Guests may also choose to dine on the outdoor deck.
Sleeping at this home is made easy with all beds - no bunks! The primary bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath with a step-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and shares the second bath (tub/shower combo) with the third bedroom which has two full-size beds. The living area has a new sofa and loveseat (not a sleeper), property sleeps 8.
Sea Isle is the perfect place for a small group that loves fishing, boating and all things associated with water play! Guests may enjoy watching the magnificent sunset over Galveston Bay while sitting on the deck and having a cool beverage.
Sea Isle is a family-friendly neighborhood, located on Galveston’s West End, that is highly sought after by families who love to swim, fish and cruise the island in golf carts. Sea Isle offers a public beach, seasonal community pool, bait shop, playground, tennis courts, a convenience store, restaurant and a bar.
Please Note: The Sea Isle Pool is open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Guests must call Sea Isle HOA at 409-737-2438 to obtain pool passes. The pool passes are 10 for $100. They are open Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm.

We had a wonderful time. Great location for all the festivities. Only negative was we had to check in at the real estate office in. Galveston to pick up keys. No lockbox.

The house was very clean, comfortably furnished, and the outdoor covered deck is the most attractive selling point of the property. However, check-in is inconvenient since the keys are only available at the property office (no lockbox, extra stops), the owner’s boat was parked on the driveway leaving limited space for parking. There were limited supplies: only one extra toilet tissue for each bathroom, only one roll of paper towels and no laundry supplies. No key was left for the fishing pier, no ladder on the dock. Please consider these concerns. Thanks.
