About this house rental
Our house sits on 5 acres with expansive views of the mountains. Perfect getaway with friends and family and reconnect with nature but still close to town. The master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom are very spacious, the sunroom has a queen bed that is perfect for stargazing. The oversize deck and the fully equipped chef's kitchen will not disappoint!
EV charger on site. Large oversize driveway for convenient and private access for your SUV, Trucks, RV and/or sporting activity vehicles like boats and side by sides. .
We are about 6 miles away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City.
Rollins lake, Yuba River, and Scott’s Flat are close by too! If you are adventurous there’s plenty of hiking, mountain biking, and swimming close by.
We are about an hour from Donner Lake, Truckee, and Tahoe.

We loved staying at this property! We chose it because it was far away from the craziness of the city. The Mountain view from the deck was spectacular. We spent hours there just lounging and talking. It was so peaceful, nothing but the breeze and birds during the day and the frogs at night. There were chipmunks, squirrels and our favorite, the daily deer sightings. The host was prompt to answer any questions. The property was clean and maintained well. Loved cooking in that big kitchen too.

Great place to stay during a week of appts and meetings ranging from Tahoe to Sacramento. We were busy and moving all week but always knew we would have a chill and relaxing space to return to.
