About this apartment rental
Rose-Line and Patrick will be happy to welcome you to their family home LANGE (hence the name of the house). The apartment "les aigrettes " can accommodate 6 people.
The property of 400 m2 of living space is divided into 3 seasonal accommodations, plus our accommodation. All have a terrace and a private entrance for your tranquility.
There is no common interior space.
We lend you a boat and bicycles so that you can enjoy the marshes.
The accommodations are comfortable, functional with its equipped kitchen and open to the living room. You will find an electric coffee maker, toaster, microwave... and on request, I will lend you raclette, fondue, waffle iron, crepe maker ...
For baby, there will be a high chair, cot, bouncer lent free of charge if available.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1 for 4 people with 1 bed of 140 cm and 2 beds of 90 cm with shower and toilet attachment.
Bedroom 2 for 2 people with a 140 cm bed, en-suite toilet and shower.
Bed linen and towels are available for rent on request.
I don't take a cleaning fee, I prefer it to be done by yourself.
The accommodation must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived.
The property is on a plot of 5,400 m2, fenced, except at the level of the conche (small river). A boat awaits you to cross the marshes.
You will find 1 chicken coop, 2 vegetable gardens, many ornamental and fruit trees, more than 50 rose bushes ...
Free access to the 40 m2 indoor swimming pool, deckchairs, buoys, games at your disposal. It is shared with holidaymakers from other rentals.
We lend you, free of charge, a boat, bicycles, ping-pong table, hammocks, barbecue, books, indoor and outdoor games.
Your pets are welcome, with an extra charge. They are under your responsibility (damage to housing, garden, barking, etc.).
Saint Hilaire la Palud is the capital of the Green Venice. Located halfway between La Rochelle and Niort. It is a very pretty, dynamic village, with all its shops, craftsmen without forgetting its cinema, its ornithological park and its cheese factory (goats).
We do everything we can to ensure that you have a good stay with us.

We had a superb stay with Rose Line and her husband. The kids loved the swimming pool and our (small) dog loved the large and beautiful garden.
Drive to the oceans is a little over 1/2h. La Rochelle is a nice place.

The house was very comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. We enjoyed the terrace, pool, bicycles, and grounds. Our hosts were exceedingly gracious and friendly making us feel right at home.

Excellent hébergement au cœur du marais poitevin. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’amabilité de nos hôtes. Avec nos petits-enfants nous avons apprécié la piscine en cette période de canicule. Et la mise à disposition de la barque pour faire un tour sur les canaux est un plus bien agréable.
Nous reviendrons.
