We loved the location, right on the beach and close to shops, restaurants and very helpful staff. The adult pool was our favorite.

The buffet was always great, the fresh fruit and tacos, the staff were amazing, Pedro made the best drinks! The beach, the pool, the daily activities and entertainment, optional nightclub that was open every night!
The hot tub wasn't working at all during our stay, they forgot to replace our waters and towels some days.

Staff was very friendly! I also enjoyed the laid back feel.
There were no options for gluten free or gluten allergy alternatives for pasta or bread. Getting to our room was challenging to find as there’s only one elevator and only goes to lobby and one other floor. The snack bar area service was very slowwwww.
