About this apartment rental
The property is planted with over 100 historic roses. During the blooming season, the scent of the roses can be clearly detected even beyond the 3,150-square-meter property.
The apartments underwent extensive restoration and modernization in 2020/2021.
Although it only launched in July 2021, it has already been honored with the 2022 Traveller Revier Award from booking.com.
Wer "Gesund Lebt" features filtered water with a SodaStream and a mini herb garden (depending on the season). All living rooms and bedrooms have multimedia TVs, and each apartment has a separate entrance with a hand sanitizer dispenser. Each apartment has a wall-mounted safe for watches, jewelry, etc. The large balcony is off the living room, and the smaller one adjoins two bedrooms.
The property is secured by an alarm system with a chip-based locking system and an electric gate with remote control for access to the property. A wheelchair and a walker can be provided free of charge upon request. Dogs are allowed only once they are house-trained.
Effective immediately, we must charge an energy surcharge of €5 per person per day.
For stays by technicians, we require a €500 cash deposit, which will be refunded in cash upon checkout after the apartment has been inspected, provided there is no damage.
Bookings of fewer than 7 nights are subject to a short-stay surcharge of €50.00.
