We have stayed at the "cottage" several times with and without a pet. Laura has put her heart and soul into the place and it really shows. The private backyard surrounded by a tall hedge is especially appreciated. The location on Sooke River Road is quiet at all times of the day. Easy access to the Galloping Goose Trail and the Sooke River is a bonus. Access to the town of Sooke is made easy by the existence of a traffic light where Sooke River Road meets the Sooke Highway. Book early as the cottage is very popular.

Beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay - so relaxing and calm. The accommodations are excellent. We explored the area and felt right at home. The weather was quite warm, and the AC worked great. But it was too hot to enjoy the lovely backyard. I would definitely recommend this spot!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was so clean and well appointment. The beds were comfortable. It was a perfect location. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very well equipped, super clean, comfortable bedding, great location, peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended.
