Noise transferred through the bathroom ducting from apartments above and below. Virtually no soundproofing. Also lack of a balcony or outside space.

Un sitio tranquilo y acogedor. El pueblo es mágico y más por la noche. La chica que nos atendió nos explicó todo muyy bien y muy amable. Tuvimos acceso a la piscina para quitarnos el calor. El apartamento muy limpio y completo, tiene de todo para vivir días y días... Volveremos seguro!!

A la ducha le falta una puerta en vez de la cortina porque se salía el agua e inundaba el cuarto de aseo. Se lo comentamos a la chica de la oficina para que lo tuviesen en cuenta... Es la única pega

La piscina estaba muy bien, la habitación bien, buenas vistas, y el chico y la chica que nos atendieron súper amables.

La limpieza no era muy buena, y se oía todo lo de la habitación de abajo como si estuvieran dentro de la nuestra. El baño un poco desastre, la cortinilla de la ducha ya estaba mojada cuando llegamos (oscurilla por debajo), y aparte por más que la colocases y te ducharas en una esquina para no salpicar, salía una charquera de agua al suelo, tuvimos que estar con el mocho cada vez que nos duchábamos.

The receptionist was not helpful at all when we call the property (to ask for a restaurant reservation, they told us they were fully booked for that night but were not able to recommend any other option for us), and also when we arrived, we arrived later than expected almost 9 pm since we had to take a detour in order to have dinner somewhere else (since we were not sure if there was any option available in town according to the receptionist) we asked if we could leave maybe a bit later the day after (around noon) in order to explore the town during the day, and was not possible unless we paid for an extra night, even though it was in the middle of the week. Very strict rules!!! no exceptions even for an hour! The apartment building was in front of another property from the same owners, where the parking and the pool were and it was full of school kids since they also host big school groups. The apartment was lacking lots of common things like floor towels for the bathroom, and bedside lamps, they had a washing machine but not any kind of soap for it. A lot of this is mentioned in other comments and the property says that folks need to request this beforehand... since we were there for just one night there was no time to request lamps or floor towels.
