Appart'hôtel Odalys City - Toulouse Blagnac Aéroport

Spacious room and bathroom with comfortable super king bed. Quiet area. Easy to get to with a short bus trip from the airport terminal. Boulangerie 10 minute walk away, small bar around the corner and a shopping centre also 10 minute walk away. Great for a brief stay near the airport.

Didn't get the breakfast as it seemed expensive at 18 euros.

There was a coffee machine but no coffee.

The bed is super comfy. Parking on site and close to the airport. Very quiet!

The bedrooms are just concrete, absolutely fine for one night but it feels a bit soulless. Shower could have done with a good clean. There isn't a restaurant or bar at the hotel but it not to one.

The hotel breakfast and proximity to the airport are the highlights of this property. The rooms are fine (although ours had a weird odor), the beds were comfortable, the space is good (including kitchenette, dining table and sofa bed), and the bathroom is nice.

The hotel is nearly impossible to find by car. There is NO direct access to drive up to the building, and our GPS was completely confused (as were we). We eventually found the discreet sign for the hotel and figured it was the large silver building behind a pub and some other commercial properties, located behind a small gated parking area. We had to enter a (private) parking lot and drive to the back to attempt to get as close as we could for off-loading our luggage. It turns out that you can be buzzed into their parking areas (small one in front and second under the building) by pushing a button, but I don't know how you would know that or get in if you haven't already checked in. Otherwise, the hotel is fairly bare-bones with a concrete, somewhat industrial decor. As mentioned above, our room happened to have a strong smell of a previous lodger's cooking, which eventually dissipated (or we got used to it) after running the air conditioning. (The front desk attendant offered to spray some cleaner, and later located another room near the airport side that would have been louder, but we have chemical sensitivities and are light sleepers, so we decided to deal with it.) The room never managed to cool to a very comfortable temperature.
