The downstairs hang out area is lovely and so spacious. We came for a wedding and family was able to come over and there was so much space for all of us to spend time together and catch up.

It is away from the busiest parts of the beach, the bar and fireplace area are exceptional and the owner could not have been nicer. It was centrally located to both OIB and Sunset; a short drive. Wonderful place.

The property was simply amazing. Everything was spotless and it was stocked with a lot of essentials. (Complete coffee bar!)
