We love the loft and the location was awesome
The only thing that was a dislike and was not really that big of a deal was the parking. It would be nice if you were able to park in the basement of the building.

Nice property and it was easy to navigate.
Parking is street parking and pillows were super flat or really thick.

Instructions were provided a few hours before I arrived. They were clear on how to use the building entry code. A little less so with the unit entry, but I'm used to operating smart locks so I knew what to do (NOTE to property team: it might be a good idea to add instructions as not everyone is familiar with smart locks and might not figure it out). The entry code for the unit was intuitive and super easy to remember, but not 1111 or 1234. (NOTE to property team: if this was intentional it was BLOODY BRILLIANT!!). The building's lobby was very welcoming, clean and smelled fresh. The unit itself was bright, clean & welcoming. It matched the photos including the patio/terrace which I used as a reading oasis during the evening after the sun moved behind the building. Kitchen utensils were easy to find except there were no teaspoons?!?! (NOTE to property team... pick up teaspoons... that was weird). The filtered water in the fridge was a hidden gem! It was great having cold filtered water to fill my water bottle with for the day and to sip after coming in from work. I couldn't figure out how to turn the thermostat off, so I felt like an energy pirate when I opened the windows at night. The appliances were top notch and easy to operate. :) and a robust selection of spices. There's a QR code on the wall that provides information on what to do upon check out AND gives a slew of places that offer discounts. I think most/all were local to the area. If I had time for non-work fun I would have checked out the earth bath. It looked intriguing. There's a brewery/eatery across the street. The noise level increased during the evening hours with music and patio dining conversation, but it was quiet by 10PM. There's no onsite parking but sufficient street parking just pay attention to the signage. There are two gas stations, and a few restaurants in walking distances. There's also a grocery store < 1 mile away. Great price.
I wasn't a fan of the wifi not having a password. Maybe I'm just paranoid because I work in IT but this left me only using wi-fi for my work computer when necessary and relying on my phone's hotspot to connect my iPad and just using cellular data for my phone. I'm not sure if it was a green thing, but I was surprised there was no foil. There wasn't a selection of tea/coffee. There was only Lipton tea and one brand of coffee. The coffee was a new bag (small batch), and delicious, but it seems like a waste because it means each new guest requires a new bag. I almost reached out to the property team to see if I could take the rest home, but thought maybe that was a perk for the cleaning staff. I also didn't see any replacement cream/sugar. Maybe I missed it? There weren't a lot of stovetop cookware, literally one skillet, one small pot. If I were staying for more than three nights and planning on cooking a serious meal for myself I would have been in trouble and/or limited on what I could prepare. The lack of cookware was weird because there's a TON of spices. It's worth noting none of these things I'm pointing out detracted from my stay.

Comfortable and very convenient location in a nice neighborhood, walking distance to many restaurants. A good brewery next door.
AC turned down at night making summer nights hot. Rooms very comfortable but too bright. Maybe have tighter shades?
