This tandem package is comprised of two beautifully remodeled two-bedroom suites that are directly across the hall from each other. The larger 2BR suite offers 1800 sq ft and delivers an interior courtyard, partial oceanview, and the smaller 2BR suite offers 1544 sq ft living area with relaxing garden views.
Each suite has been tastefully remodeled with luxurious high-end finishes for your group to settle into comfortably after another day in paradise. Together, these suites offer a massive 3350 sq ft of combined interior living area and offer sleeping capacity for up to 14 guests across two king-size beds, three queen-size beds, and two queen-size sofa sleepers!
Two remodeled kitchens with stone counters and high-end stainless steel appliances are available for your group to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment.
The two primary bedrooms each feature sumptuous king-size beds. One of the guest bedrooms offers two queen-size beds, and the other features one queen-size bed. Each living room offers a comfortable queen-size sofa sleeper.
Each of the four bathrooms has been remodeled for a lavish bathing experience.

The condo was super clean. The staff was very friendly. the location and beach were amazing and clean. Did not see one scrap of garbage on premises. I also liked the layout of the condo bedrooms on opposite sides so quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We are a family of 11, ages 5-70. This is a perfect location. We walked to restaurants and shopping. We had two condos and it worked out nicely. The kitchen was well stocked. Both condos are beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. You won’t be disappointed.

We brought our entire family to Hawaii for vacation this summer, so we utilized two units across the hall from each other. The unit with the partial ocean view had seen some wear, but the beds were comfortable, the kitchen area adequate to have some meals there for all of us and the view and location are simply wonderful!! We stayed here 12 years ago with our family and will hopefully be able to return again someday!

We love the Alii, we've been staying here for over 30 years. This combo unit worked well for our family (1 teen, 2 small kids, 2 geriatrics, 5 adults). In general, these units were fine, they served our purpose. Mattresses were in good shape. Generally clean, the units could use a really thorough deep clean, upholstery could use a good cleaning-- lots of sticky build up from bodies, it's a challenge to have upholstery in the tropics. There seems to be a big communication disconnect between Maui Rentals and the Alii. We had significant issues with the furnace making loud banging noises multiple times day/night and we alerted both Maui Rentals and Alii staff and it was not ever resolved while we were there. They did compensate us, but being woken up two times a night with the thudding was frustrating.
Just as a heads up to the next guests, there are no cleaning supplies (literally no spray cleaner, nothing, Alii staff kept telling us anything extra had to come from Maui rentals). We were accommodating 10 people between the two units and there was always just 1 set of dishes that had to be washed between each meal. There are no food storage containers. No plastic drinkware to take to the pool/beach. Obviously, there's great variation of these things between VRBO properties around the world. I don't write this as a complaint, just as a heads up to future guests. If you have issues, I would be sure to alert both sets of staff and perhaps your issues will be resolved.
