Studio is located next to the Caribe Hilton hotel and walking distance to 2 popular Beaches, water sports at Condado Lagoon, 20 + Restaurants, Shops and Old San Juan. Easy access to the Historic 17th Century San Cristobal fort a the base of the complex featuring events and historical tours. 5 Minutes away from new entertainment center featuring bars, restaurants, events and the famous Toro Verde zip line and store.
The Studio sleeps up to 4 guests with 2 Queen beds, a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. Relax in your balcony overlooking the Condado Beach, Lagoon and Ocean. Condado Lagoon Villas features a Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, Laundry Room, Full Power Generator and Water Tank.

Communication with Sally was great -- she was quick to respond to questions even before I arrived in PR. Room was nicely accoutered. Too, it was fun to have a balcony w/view of ocean (and lagoon) while on business at nearby convention center. Very pleasant stay!

The room is clean and neat. The view is amazing! This property is managed by a firm that only places people at the front desk. They will not help or even answer simple questions like the best place to eat or where is the closest beach. When I tried to call the contact I was given in the room no one picked up. Because of the location of the AC, the balcony is not a pleasant place to sit and eat, so we brought the table inside and found that the room was big enough to move around comfortably even with the table in the middle of the beds.
