The community pool is heated during select weeks (typically holidays & spring break). Message us anytime to confirm availability.
⚠️ Important Notes (Transparency = Better Stays)
▪️Minimum booking age: 25 (booking guest must stay)
▪️No pets / no smoking
▪️3 Security Cameras onsite - front door, back porch facing the yard, and garage. Any tampering with (unplugging, covering, and/or other actions that disable them) of cameras will result in immediate cancellation and eviction from the home without any refunds.
Quiet hours respected: 9PM to 9AM
The following must be completed within 48 hours of booking or the reservation will be cancelled:
*Must sign rental agreement
*Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported.
*Must upload government issued photo ID and the name must match the name on the rental agreement and credit card submitted for the security hold.
No 3rd party bookings (someone booking for someone else); any evidence of a 3rd party booking will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid.
NOTE - this is our home and we have zero tolerance for any type of partying, horseplay, loud music/noises, underage drinking, inappropriate/disrespectful behavior, house rule violations, etc. If you cannot respect our home and our house rules, this is not the place for you. Any evidence of the above and your reservation will be immediately cancelled, immediate eviction will occur, and no refund will be provided. The security deposit will also be forfeited.
We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE A GOLF CART; YOU ARE WELCOME TO RENT ONE FROM A RENTAL COMPANY DURING YOUR STAY. PLEASE DO NOT RENT A LIFTED GOLF CART AS IT WILL LIKELY NOT FIT IN THE GARAGE.

Stayed here with 2 orher couples. We had a great time. No complaints whatsoever. The hosts were readily available to answer any questions we had and all amenities were great. Beautiful home!

the house was clean and inviting, the patio was nice with a cool breeze and our view was the community pool. The beach was about a 10 minutes walk from the unit. Everything you need was at the unit already.

This place was absolutely amazing!!!! This was the first time that I didn’t want to go back home. We wanted to stay because it felt like home. We are most definitely coming back!!!!
