A 70 m² two-bedroom townhouse for 6 people in the heart of downtown Marseillan. Ideal for families.
Marseillan, which received the Blue Flag designation in 2019, boasts a rich historical and cultural heritage. Once a Phocaean settlement, the town has retained all the authentic charm of a fishing village. It is a vibrant town with numerous shops, restaurants, artists’ studios, a weekly market, a media library, a museum, and an Italian-style theater…
There are 30 km of bike paths starting from Marseillan town and leading to Marseillan Beach, Sète, Agde, and Cap d’Agde—perfect for beautiful rides close to nature.
The house is located 5 minutes from the charming Marseillan marina, which opens onto the Etang de Thau. There you’ll find several very nice bars and restaurants.
Close to all amenities: bakeries, pharmacies, a mini-market, a florist, a butcher shop…
Marseillan beaches are 10 minutes away.
Several free parking lots nearby.
The house is laid out as follows:
- Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (pull-out bed).
- A living room with a sleeper sofa, a coffee table, a TV, and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with storage space, an oven, and a microwave
- A bathroom with a shower, toilet, and towel rack
