This apartment is great in many ways, but its location is the highlight. Metro stations are just a five-minute walk away, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the building. A shopping mall with a supermarket is directly across the street, where we often stopped to pick up daily groceries. The neighborhood is full of shops and restaurants, and Rue de Passy is one of the best main streets in Paris—without the usual tourist crowds. Most importantly, the area feels safe, and you can enjoy stunning views of the Eiffel Tower every day, as it’s only a 15-minute walk away. The rent isn’t cheap, but it’s absolutely worth it.

Very well located for people who like to cook in, markets, Monoprix, Gran Epicerie all close by. Street cafes. Metro. Bed was very comfy, good pillows and sheets. Well stocked kitchen. Reidel wine glasses!

Wi fi password that was posted was incorrect..took a couple of calls to get it straight. Dryer was left full of water.. took s day for us to figure out why it kept turning off. Once we figured it out the laundry equipment was very useful.

La localisation et le confort du matelas. Douche. Quartier très agréable dans le 16e arrondissement et proche de tous les services. Sécurité de l'emplacement

- l’absence de propreté à l’arrivée - divan taché, hotte de poêle graisseuse - literie en fin de vie - peu d’espace de rangement. Le garde-robe de la chambre est grand mais occupé à 80% par les objets de la personne qui y habite - Pas de commode pour ranger vêtements - lave-vaisselle « lavait » à l’eau froide et ne séchait pas - rideaux plus ou moins propres - équipement de cuisine minimaliste (pas de râpe à fromage, couteaux à peine coupants , pas d’essoreuse à salade, etc) - 6 visites durant le mois car l’appartement est à vendre (avec avis préalables mais bon) - Appartement mieux sur les photos que la réalité - Ok pour court séjour mais pas plus
