Wildheart Safari - Lion's Den

We had the most magical birthday stay at Lion's Den, WildHeart Safari. The team went above and beyond to make my girlfriend Thulaganyo's birthday special. They surprised us with beautiful roses in our room on our arrival day, the 13th, and then set up rose petals and her gifts on the bed on the 14th while we were out on the morning game drive. Even though balloons aren’t allowed in the wildlife estate for environmental reasons, they made it feel just as romantic and thoughtful. The game drives, the service, and the birthday dessert at dinner were all perfect. Thank you to the whole team for making her birthday unforgettable. We’ll be back!

This place was really clean well kept and a pleasant stay everything was great better then expected

The pool being heated would've been the cherry on top but the rest was awesome definitely reccomend.

Beautiful environment. The house was very well equipped and comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious. We enjoyed the braai in the bush setting with magical lights in the evening. Early morning walks in the reserve part of the estate were the highlight of our stay, with multiple game sightings!

The bed was not comfortable. The mattress sloped to the middle of the bed. The barking of (domestic) dogs spoiled some of our peaceful evening braais, as did one loud neighbor. It is incomprehensible that dogs are allowed in a Wildlife estate!

Staff did not provide ice. Wood promised promised for Saturday night was not delivered
