Spacious NEW house with Pool and Spa

The house is super clean and has nice decor. The owners really did a great job. We used the heated pool with covered lanai every day! The community (Timber Creek) is wonderful. The new clubhouse has all sorts of amenities (multiple pools, indoor/outdoor grill & bar, fitness room, game arcade, tennis, pickleball).

The house was nice. The pool and outside area great for the first month. After the first month pool smelled and contacted owner. She contacted pool company and they came and he was not pleasant. He told us it was a new pool for him and he was still gettin.g use to it and told us to contact him in the future of any problems. Felt like we were put in the middle of something. The lanai and pool cage started getting spider webs hanging from the cage ants on the pool lanai. Contacted owner said pest control should be there in a week or the following week. Never saw pest control that whole month I quit using the pool and lanai. We didn't contact the owner again because we had already done that. The pool then had the debris from the pool following in it and it was not pleasant to use. My husband used the lanai but I didn't go outside the last month. Check in at the gate had no confirmation that we were renting so it took a day for the renters to get that straightened out. Overall house was clean and owners were friendly and tried to resolve the issues. Pest control did come the Monday after we left on that Friday. Took them almost a month to get there. We had rented it for two months.
