This updated, 2bd/2ba condo is in a quiet & safe coastal neighborhood giving you peace of mind, while you take a sip of your favorite drink on the patio after a fun-filled day at the beach or at the local museums.
The Location:
This location is perfect for week-long vacations, as we’ve equipped you with day-to-day linens, kitchen utensils, and a washer and dryer allowing you to wear your favorite swimsuit over and over!
*NOTE: the one thing you don’t want to forget is your toiletries and paper items. This is a carry in/out rental. We do not provide detergent/shampoos/paper goods.
The Details:
The Sandcastle is a second floor unit. There is no elevator, and access is via a covered stair case. Our place is family-friendly, with a 2nd bedroom connected to the 2nd bathroom & furnished with a full over full bunk bed and a dresser to make your kids feel right at home, allowing you to get the much needed vacation rest your pining for!
Additionally, both rooms have room darkening curtains & the master bedroom has USB chargers conveniently located on the nightstands.
*While the condo isn’t babyproof, we’ve provided a pack and play giving your baby a safe place to rest, along with a high chair.
Aside from the must-haves for a perfect, easy-going vacation, our condo also includes access to the neighborhood park providing convenient, kid-friendly entertainment. You will also find readily-available parking alongside the building.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Before your stay is confirmed you have 48 hours to do the following: Sign a rental agreement, including a copy of a valid ID.
KEY POINTS:
Renters of the Sandcastle must be 25 years or older (our HOA agrees with the car rental companies on this one) & will be verified via ID
We’re fans of having a good time, but no parties or events are allowed at the Sandcastle.
Check-in & check-out are done virtually: your access code will be provided to you 48 hours before you arrive which is valid at 4 pm the day you arrive & expires at 10 am the day you leave. *due to strict cleaning policies we don’t offer early arrivals or late departures.
SECURITY
The property includes a Blink video camera that records audio & video at the front door. The host will utilize the camera to verify the check-in/out & guest policy is followed (maximum 4 people per HOA)
CLEANING
Please leave the Sandcastle the same as when you arrived. No need to strip beds or start laundry. The cleaning fee of $100 does not cover excessive cleaning or bodily fluids. Additional fees may apply if either is needed.

Condo was very clean and comfortable - close to beach, ferry, downtown - walked to a few restaurants - owner was very responsive.

At the last minute we booked a second week in Lewes (we were at another unit in the Village of Five Points in July) and were able to snag this cute property. It’s a great location and a great place to stay! It was our second time in this spot and both times the property has been perfect.

We had a great girls weekend stay at Amy’s condo. The unit was updated and welcoming, and has baby/kid amenities if needed!
