In the lake there are best fishing opportunities thanks to good trout stock. The area offers a range of hiking opportunities with several marked mountain walks very close to the cottage.
Only a short drive will take you to Eikefjord with many recreational and shopping opportunities. Both the town of Førde and Florø are a short drive away. Also visit Ålfotbreen, Jostedalsbreen National Park and take recommended day trips along the Sognefjord.
