Chalet (A16) at a comfortable, family-friendly campground by the sea

This detached 6-person chalet is located at Familiecamping de Molenhoek. The campground is just outside the village of Kamperland, only 3.5 km from the North Sea beach at De Banjaard. The chalet is centrally located on the campground, close to the playground, the swimming pool, and the kids’ club. While the kids play, parents can relax on the porch.

The chalet features a bright, spacious living room with a large sofa and a flat-screen TV. It also has a fully equipped open kitchen with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave, Senseo coffee maker, and electric kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall and sink; the toilet is located in the bathroom. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and one bedroom with a bunk bed. You can enjoy the sun on the authentic wooden porch, which features a lounge set for 6 people.

Camping De Molenhoek in Kamperland is located on the still relatively unknown island of Noord-Beveland and is, in many ways, a surprising discovery for vacationers seeking peace and space, as well as for active vacationers with or without children. Noord-Beveland is surrounded by water—the North Sea, Lake Veere, and the Oosterschelde—and is thus truly “Land in the Sea.”

Dining,

De Brasserie,

De Brasserie is a charmingly decorated dining venue. The lounge offers a view of the new playground and the swimming pool. Here, you can relax and enjoy a bite to eat and a drink while your children play in the playground. They offer a particularly varied menu featuring a range of domestic and international dishes.

The Snack Corner,

For a quick bite, there’s a snack corner next to the restaurant. Here, you can choose from fries, snacks, and artisanal takeout meals. You can enjoy the snacks and takeout meals in the snack corner, on the patio, or take them back to your tent or RV.

The Dessert Room,

In the Dessert Room, you can enjoy a delicious ice cream sundae, a dessert, or a cup of coffee. Don’t forget to bring your phone—there are plenty of selfie opportunities in the Dessert Room. ;-)

During the months of April, May, and June, the food and beverage facilities are open only on weekends, except for Easter, Ascension Day, and Pentecost. In July and August, during the peak season, the food and beverage facilities are open every day. In September and October, you can stop by on weekends for a bite to eat and a drink.

Swimming Pool,

The outdoor swimming pool at De Molenhoek vacation park consists of 3 swimming areas, so there’s plenty of water fun for every age! De Molenhoek features the following outdoor pools:

Toddler and preschooler pool Pool with a small slide and play equipment for children Pool where you can swim laps or simply relax. The pool is open daily from May 15 through September 15. Lane swimming is available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.; open swimming begins at 10:00 a.m.

Upon arrival, you’ll pay €9 per night for the chalet at the front desk, regardless of the number of guests. This covers the tourist tax and use of the park’s facilities.
